Returns & refunds

You may return items to us for any of the following reasons:

1. You change your mind about any purchase
2. Any item was defective and/or not as described
3. You received the wrong item(s).

This does not include housing which is manufacturered to order and bespoke

Please contact us within 48 if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep the goods and packaging until we have instructed the disposal or return.

If you are returning goods due to changing your mind, goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with all tags and seals intact and in a saleable condition.

We will make any necessary credit card refunds only after you have returned the appropriate items to us in original condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return to us, so you may want to consider sending them via an insured service.

Whilst there is no administrative charge or penalty for returning items to us with the exception of housing which attracts a 20% charge to cover our adminstrative costs, please note that we will not cover the cost of returning the items unless they were defective or you received the wrong items.

When making a return please contact us first to receive a "Return Authorisation" when retuning defective goods please ensure you include your contact details and identfy the reason for returm.

Goods returned without a "Return Authorisation" are in danger on being lost, therefore, we ask that you do not return any goods without authorisation if you do,  Country Fayre cannot accept any responsibility for loss
