Returns and Refunds

You may return items to us for any of the following reasons:

    1. You change your mind about any purchase
    2. Any item was defective and/or not as described
    3. You received the wrong item(s).

This does not include housing which is manufactured to order and bespoke

Please contact us within 48 hours if any goods arrive damaged.  We will require either photographs or the goods to be returned to us. Please keep the goods and packaging until we have instructed the disposal or return.

If you are returning goods due to changing your mind, goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt, with all tags and seals intact and in an (as new) salable condition.

We will make any necessary credit card refunds only after you have returned the appropriate items to us in original condition. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during their return to us, so you may want to consider sending them via an insured service, we do not cover the cost of returning product unless the product is deemed to be defective.

Whilst there is no administrative charge or penalty for returning items to us with the exception of housing which attracts a 20% charge to cover our administrative costs. Please note that we will not cover the cost of postage unless the goods were defective or you received the wrong items.

When making a return please contact us first to receive a "Return Authorisation" when returning defective goods please ensure you include your contact details and identfy the reason for return.

Goods returned without a "Return Authorisation" are in danger on being lost, therefore, we ask that you do not return any goods without authorisation if you do,  Country Fayre cannot accept any responsibility for such loss.
